At present, there are strict standards for container bag products in the international market, such as Japan's emphasis on product details, Australia's emphasis on appearance, and the European Union's emphasis on product performance and technical indicators. In the United States and some European countries, they are more concerned about the performance of container bags in terms of UV resistance, aging resistance, safety factors, and so on.
Our national standard is GB/T10454-2000, which was modified from the old standard GB/T 10454-1989. The Chinese container bag standard specifies the Chinese container bag standard for container bags: it follows GB/T10454-2000, which was modified from the old standard GB/T 10454-1989. The Chinese container bag standard specifies that this standard is applicable to container bags with a volume between (0.5-2.3) m3 and a load capacity between (500-3000) kg. When choosing container bags, we can distinguish whether the quality is reliable through the following points.
1、 The first thing to observe is the raw materials of the container bags. The most common harmful substance in plastics is benzene based solvents. Therefore, when purchasing, please do not purchase plastic packaging with such ingredients to avoid harm to the human body.
2、 Choose a legitimate manufacturer who has obtained national qualification certification. Although some ingredients are explicitly prohibited by the state from being added, small workshops often act recklessly and secretly mix such substances, so we need to purchase products from legitimate container bag manufacturers.
Thirdly, we need to carefully observe the yarn status of the container bags. The color difference on the surface of the container bag should not be too large, and the brightness should be uniform and relatively consistent. Secondly, try to avoid yarns that mix two or more colors.
Fourthly, we need to check the color and printing situation of the packaging bag layout. The printing of the packaging bag layout must be clear, flat, without overlapping shadows, and there should be no cracking or drawing. Otherwise, the service life of the packaging bag will be greatly reduced, seriously affecting its normal use in the later stage. Our country's containerized bag products are in an upward trend of development, especially those that hold one ton or in the form of pallets (one pallet for one or four) are more popular.
